- Intercity, one driver throughout
- Airport transfers, flight tracked
- Premier tier for executive travel
Software that runs the money and the paperwork of a small fleet — every rupee spent, every date that expires. Plus cabs of our own, if you just need a car.
Fixed price agreed before you travel. Written quote, usually the same day.
Software for people who run vehicles, and a cab service of our own. The software exists because we needed it for our own fleet first — the expenses were the part nobody had solved.
Book a car and driver directly. The price is agreed in writing before you travel, and it does not change.
Where the money goes, and what expires when. Two problems, one place, because they are the same fleet.
All of this comes at the ordinary fare. None of it is an upgrade, and none of it is quietly dropped when you book the cheaper option.
The car’s position is known for the whole trip.
In-cab camera, for the passenger and the driver.
Not at the end of the day. Before you get in.
No tired cars. If one isn’t fit, we send another.
Drivers turn up dressed for the job.
Already in the car. No charge.
Seven-seaters joining shortly.
Agreed before you travel. No surge.
Our executive tier. Four commitments, made before you book, each one you can check afterwards.
Under a stated age limit. The registration year is on your confirmation.
Licence and badge verified. Uniformed. Briefed before pickup.
On location early. Driver’s number sent the evening before.
Quoted in writing. Tolls and allowances stated up front.
A few minutes more than an app. What you get back is a named car, a briefed driver and a price that holds.
Date, pickup, destination. WhatsApp is fastest.
Every rate that could apply, usually the same day.
Car number and driver’s contact before pickup.
Per trip, or one GST invoice at month end.
We reply with a written quote, usually the same day.
Local hire, outstation or an airport run. Tell us where and when — we come back with a written price before anything is booked. No surge, ever.
Run by the same team. The compliance tracking exists because we needed it for our own cabs first.
By the hour, across the city.
One driver, whole journey.
Fixed fare, flight tracked.
Executive tier.
Ten dates per vehicle.
Mapped per vehicle and driver.
Booked directly with us, not through an app. That is what lets us name the car, brief the driver and hold a price.
Car and driver stay with you for a block of hours.
8 hrs / 80 km · 4 hrs / 40 kmBookOne driver for the whole journey. Halts agreed before you leave.
Per km + driver allowanceBookFlight number taken at booking, so delays are tracked and not billed.
Fixed point-to-pointBookExecutive tier for corporate guests, weddings and multi-day travel.
Quoted per itineraryAboutIncluded at the ordinary fare. GPS, in-cab CCTV, a cleaned interior, a trained and uniformed driver, water and the day’s newspaper.
Every vehicle is best in class and properly maintained. Cleaned before it reaches you, serviced on schedule, and never sent out if it is not fit. There is no compromise on this at any fare.
Four-seat cabs today. Seven-seaters joining shortly — ask and we’ll confirm timing.
Three jobs every small operator does badly, because all three live in a notebook: what each vehicle actually costs, which date expires next, and who is driving which job today.
Every rupee against a vehicle and a driver, so you can see which car is earning and which one is quietly eating the month.
Ten dates per vehicle, counted down, with the certificate stored against the vehicle it belongs to.
So does a detained one. Both problems are arithmetic, and arithmetic is the thing a notebook is worst at once you pass three or four vehicles.
What it cost this month, what it cost last month, and whether that is going the right way.
What they spent, what you owe them, what you have already paid back.
A driver puts a cost forward. It is not money you owe until you say so.
Mark a month paid, with the date the money actually moved and a reference.
Rate per day driven or a flat month, with reimbursements added on top.
Ten dates a vehicle, so nothing lapses without three warnings first.
Work we take in and hand out. A booking arrives from our website, the office gives it to a fleet owner or straight to a driver, and everybody involved sees the same job.
Bookings BeyondMile has won, handed to you. You choose which of your drivers goes.
The job on your own phone, with a code the customer reads out to start and finish it.
This is the part an app does not give you. On an aggregator the job arrives, the commission is taken and nobody remembers who drove it. Here the booking, the driver, the trip and the invoice are one record you own.
Tour packages, staff transport contracts, self-drive rental and roadside assistance are all on the map. None starts until the two above run properly.
Describe the situation and we’ll point you at the right one.
Enter the registration number and the owner’s six-digit code. You’ll see that vehicle’s status, and nothing else.
A registration number alone returns nothing.
Never the fleet, never the owner.
Change the code, the old one dies.
Certificates stay behind the login.
We never issue or reveal a code on an owner’s behalf. It is theirs to share and theirs to withdraw.
They generate it from their dashboard and share it with you.
Each vehicle gets its own code. Rotate it whenever you want.
DashboardTell us how many vehicles you run and we’ll walk you through it.
Get in touchA date, a pickup point and a destination is enough to start.
Every cab is best in class, cleaned before it reaches you and properly maintained. We do not run a tired car and call it a saving. If a vehicle is not fit to send, we tell you and send another one — we would rather lose the booking than compromise on it.

Every fare above is before tax. GST is added at the prevailing rate and shown on your quote before you accept anything.
Covered: vehicle, fuel, driver, water and newspaper.
Billed separately: tolls, state permit charges, parking and night allowance — at actual, listed on the quote before you accept. GST applies.
Fill in what you know. This opens WhatsApp with your details ready to send, and records the request so it doesn’t get lost.
Office hours are 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM, daily.
Every rate that could apply, before you commit.
Car number and contact before pickup.
Guest travel, airport transfers and executive movement, billed monthly against your PO with a trip-wise annexure.
One GST invoice against your PO.
Matched line by line.
Held for the contract period.
No queue, no ticket number.
Licence and badge on file.
GPS and CCTV throughout.
The pattern is nearly always the same: someone important is arriving, and the cost of a car that fails is far higher than the fare.
Airport, hotel and office movement for auditors, clients and head-office visitors.
Premier vehicles for leadership visits, same chauffeur throughout.
Full-day hire with the vehicle held, so the return is never left to chance.
Multiple vehicles allocated against the run sheet in advance.
Staff transport contracts. Fixed daily routes are a different operating model and we’re not taking them on yet. Tell us anyway — better than accepting a contract we can’t run for twelve months.
Usually two to three weeks, and most of that is your own vendor registration rather than anything at our end.
Monthly volume, common routes, vehicle categories.
Sent within two working days for your review.
GST, PAN, bank, insurance and vehicle documents.
Booking contact shared. First invoice at month end.
Tell us roughly what you spend and we’ll come back with numbers, usually within two working days.
Enter the invoice number and the mobile number the booking was made on. No account, no password.
Invoices appear once the trip is completed and the invoice issued.
Use the number the booking was made on, not the traveller’s.
Repeated wrong attempts pause that invoice for fifteen minutes.
GSTIN, company name or address — message us and we’ll reissue.
No card to start, nothing to cancel. Use the whole thing for a week — expenses, payroll, compliance — and decide after.
Register and the seven days begin.
No annual lock-in.
Then ₹399 a month per extra driver.
Stop paying, keep your records.
You either own vehicles or you drive one. Vehicles, expenses, documents and receipts are unlimited either way — the only thing that scales is how many drivers you run.
₹1,299 / month
Covers up to 4 drivers · ₹399 a month for each one after
₹249 / month
Free if a fleet owner adds you
The whole rule in one line: ₹1,299 a month covers up to four drivers. Every driver after the fourth is ₹399 a month.
Nothing else changes with the number of drivers — vehicles, expenses, documents, payroll and receipts are unlimited whether you run one driver or ten.
| What the price covers | How much of it |
|---|---|
| Vehicles Cars, autos, e-rickshaws, tempos, trucks | No limit |
| Compliance dates tracked Insurance, fitness, permit, PUC, road tax, VLTD, speed governor, CNG test | Ten per vehicle |
| Documents stored RC, insurance, permit, licence, PSV badge | No limit |
| Expenses and driver claims With a photo of the bill attached | No limit |
| Payslips and payment receipts | No limit |
| Driver logins Your drivers never pay | Four, then ₹399 each |
| Public vehicle check Prove a vehicle is legal without sending papers | Included |
What one missed date actually costs.
A vehicle stopped for an expired permit or fitness certificate loses the day’s earnings and collects a penalty on top. On an Ertiga running local hire that is comfortably ₹2,000 gone before the fine.
Miss one date a year and the software has cost you nothing. That is the whole argument — there is no cleverer one.
Your drivers do not pay. A driver linked to a fleet owner gets their own login at no cost — their expenses, their payslip, what they are owed. The ₹249 plan is only for a driver running their own vehicle with nobody behind them.
Add and remove drivers as your fleet changes. Seats are monthly, so a driver who leaves in March is not billed in April.
How you pay.
Card, UPI or net banking, taken through Razorpay — the same gateway used by most Indian businesses you already pay online. Your card details go to Razorpay and never touch us; we are told only that the payment succeeded.
Subscriptions are monthly and there is nothing to cancel — stop paying and it simply lapses. Your data stays where it is, read-only, until you come back.
Running more than 25 vehicles?
Talk to us rather than adding seats one at a time. At that size the pricing works differently, and there are things worth setting up properly — bulk loading your fleet, your own renewal reminders, and how your drivers are grouped.
Long enough to enter a real week: a few fuel bills, a driver claim, one month’s compliance dates. Short enough that you decide rather than drift.
Mobile number and a password. No card, no sales call.
Nothing is held back or locked during the trial.
Pick a plan from inside your dashboard.
Your records stay exactly as you left them.
Before your seven days run out, talk to us. We would rather agree a price you are happy with while you are still deciding than lose you on day eight. If you are early, say so — early operators get terms we will not be able to offer later, and we will hold them for you.
If yours is not here, message us. You will reach the people who built it.
No. Register with your mobile number and the seven days begin. There is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged automatically.
Your account goes read-only. Nothing is deleted — every expense, receipt and document stays exactly where it is, and it all comes back the moment you subscribe.
No. Driver accounts are included in your plan. A driver only pays if they are independent, running their own vehicle with no fleet owner.
The plan is ₹1,299 and covers four. Each driver after the fourth adds ₹399 a month. So five drivers is ₹1,299 + ₹399 = ₹1,698, and six is ₹1,299 + ₹798 = ₹2,097. You add and remove drivers as your fleet changes and it is billed monthly, so somebody who leaves in March is not charged for in April.
Monthly. There is no annual contract and no penalty for stopping.
Yes, whenever your fleet changes. Tell us and it takes effect from your next month — there is no charge for changing.
It is kept and it stays yours. You can still read it. You can ask us to export it, or to delete it entirely.
GST applies at the prevailing rate and is shown on your invoice. We will confirm the exact figure before you pay anything.
If you own a car and drive it yourself, you can attach it to BeyondMile. We send you the bookings; you keep to the standard we promise the customer.
Attached, not bought or leased.
Bring it to our office.
Settled on a fixed cycle.
Track earnings and dues.
None of this is unusual — it is what the law already asks of a commercial vehicle. If something is short-dated, apply anyway and tell us; renewing is often quicker than people expect.
Yours, or one you have the owner’s written permission to run. Four seats or more, in sound condition.
A valid licence for transport vehicles, not a private one.
Public service vehicle badge, current.
A valid contract carriage or tourist permit for the vehicle.
Commercial insurance in force, and a current fitness certificate.
Pollution under control, within its validity.
Aadhaar and PAN, plus something showing where you live.
Android is fine. You will need it for bookings and for your own records.
We look at the car before you take a single booking. It is not a formality — it is the reason a customer can trust what we tell them, and it is the same check every vehicle goes through.
Message us and we will give you a time. Bring the vehicle and the papers.
Bodywork, tyres, brakes, lights, air conditioning, interior and boot.
Permit, insurance, fitness, PUC, licence and badge, against their real dates.
Approved, or told exactly what to put right and when to come back.
If we say no, we will tell you why. Most vehicles that fail fail on something small and fixable. Put it right and come back — there is no penalty for a second visit.
We tell customers their car will be clean and their driver professional. These are the things that make that true. They are not negotiable, and they apply to every booking regardless of the fare.
The BeyondMile uniform, clean and worn properly, on every booking.
No smoking, no gutka, no paan, no tobacco in any form in the vehicle at any time — whether or not a passenger is with you. This one ends the arrangement.
Fresh water bottles and the day’s newspaper in the car before the first pickup.
Inside and out, before the customer sees it. Not at the end of the day.
Courteous, patient, and led by the customer. No arguing over the route, no comment on where they are going or who they are with.
At the pickup point ahead of the time given, not at it.
Reachable from the moment a booking is assigned until it is completed.
Speed limits, seatbelts, no phone in your hand. Never under the influence of anything.
Tobacco in the vehicle is where we stop. A customer who gets into a car that smells of it does not complain — they simply never book again, and they tell people. There is no warning system for this one.
We read every application. If it looks like a fit, we will call you and book an inspection slot.
Put in the booking ID we sent you and this page tells you exactly where things stand — who is driving, which car, and the codes you will need.
Looks like BMB‑2026‑483091. You only need the last six digits.
That is a different thing, and comes later.
Message us with your mobile number and we will resend it.
One to start the trip, one to finish it. Show them to your driver — nothing to type.
Only people who have really travelled with us can write here. You need your invoice number and the phone number you booked with. What you write shows up on this page straight away.
We hide nothing.
Nobody at BeyondMile reads your review before it goes up. We cannot stop it, change it, or push it down the page. A bad review shows up just as fast as a good one, in the same place, the same size.
Don’t believe us? Try it. If you have travelled with us, write something below and watch it appear on this page a second later.
We can do one thing: write a reply under it, where everyone can see. That is all.
Sometimes a review has to come off — someone swears, or puts a stranger’s phone number in it by mistake. When that happens, this page says “a review was taken down” and tells you why. It never just vanishes.
Loading what customers have said…
It proves you really travelled with us. That is why we can put everything straight on the page without checking it first — nobody can leave a fake review here.
We are early. Whoever joins now shapes how this is run, not just what gets done today.
Told plainly in each opening.
Every month, without chasing.
Small enough that ideas land.
About the role and the money.
Checking what is open…
We read every application. If nothing listed fits but you think you should be here, choose “Something else” and say why.
No call centre, no ticket number. Bookings, invoices and compliance all reach the same team.
The ten we are asked most. If yours isn’t here, message us — the same team answers.
Yes, every vehicle. Live GPS and an in-cab camera, fitted for the passenger and the driver alike. Neither is optional and neither costs extra.
Four comfortably, plus luggage. Seven-seaters are joining shortly — tell us if you need one and we’ll let you know when they arrive.
Vehicle, fuel and driver, plus water and the day’s newspaper. Tolls, state permit charges, parking and night allowance are billed at actual and shown on the quote before you accept.
No. No surge, no recalculation on arrival. Extras only apply if the trip itself changes, and those rates are on the quote in advance.
Yes. Vehicle number and driver’s contact before pickup — for Premier, the evening before.
Usually fine with reasonable notice. Message us and we’ll confirm what’s possible before you commit.
Yes. Per trip, or one consolidated monthly invoice with a trip-wise annexure for corporate accounts.
It lets a vehicle owner share one vehicle’s compliance standing using a private six-digit code. It shows that vehicle’s status and nothing more.
Only you, and anyone you give a vehicle’s code to. A code unlocks one vehicle’s status, not your account, and you can change it at any time.
Yes. Intercity is one of our three core hire formats. Tell us the route and we’ll quote it.
Our executive tier. Everything about it is stated before you book, including the price.
Directors, auditors, clients.
Guests across functions.
One chauffeur throughout.
Where a missed flight is the cost.
Only worth selling if it’s measurable. These are commitments you can check afterwards, not adjectives.
Under a stated limit. The registration year is on your confirmation, so you can check it.
Cleaned and inspected before each allocation. Climate control, water, newspaper, charging.
Licence and badge verified. Uniformed, and briefed before reaching you.
On location early. Vehicle number and contact sent the evening before.
Written quote covering every rate that could apply. Nothing appears afterwards.
Permit, fitness, insurance and PUC current, tracked in our own system.
If we can’t meet the standard on your date, we’ll say so and decline. A Premier booking that goes wrong costs more than the booking is worth.
You’ll be talking to the people who run the fleet.
That page isn’t here. Try one of these.
